Rahul Rajput is part of the Intellectual Property and TMT (Telecommunications, Media and Technology) group of the firm for more than one and half decade. Rahul has advised on some of the largest Copyright Societies, Producers and Music labels. He has advised on new media convergence models for mobile value added services encompassing regulatory issues surrounding the delivery of electronic content in digital commerce. He has worked across all sectors of the industry and advised on the matters of Civil, arbitration proceedings and corporate litigations ranging from regulatory matters to ongoing commercial dispute relating to Trade Mark, Copyright & Patent matters. He is a regular speaker in various domestic and overseas forums being a prominent member of INTA (International Trademark Association).
Rahul now serves on the core Committee of P & M and is a member of the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, India. He is also a Fellow member of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
