Mihir Kunal Ekka is a professional with considerable experience in advocacy in a variety of cases such as writs pertaining to Service Law, matters pertaining to the RTI Act, writs pertaining to land matters, contempt applications etc. He is highly specialized in research, drafting and articulation of arguments. He has demonstrated skill in in-depth research and analysis of legal issues followed by accurate articulation into strong arguments. He has extensive experience in appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand. He has completed his BA/LLB (Hons.) in Corporate Law from NUSRL, Ranchi and his LLM (Business Laws) from NLSIU, Bangalore. He is also empanelled as an Associate Counsel for the State of Jharkhand before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand. He currently practices before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand, Civil Court, Ranchi and various tribunals. He is based at ‘P&M’ Ranchi Office.
